Para-Point is a gliding parachute delivery system that can automatically deliver a payload into a small area from high altitudes and substantial lateral offset distances. Payloads of up to 6,000 lbs can be dropped from altitudes up to 30,000 ft MSL (9,144m), miles from the target, and automatically guided to within 300 ft of the desired landing point.

Consisting of three main components, a Ram-Air Gliding Parachute, an Airborne Guidance Unit (AGU) and a Transmitter/Controller (utilised by either a parachutist duringa drop, or an operative on the ground).

The delivery aircraft needs no visual or signal contact with the target landing area, so it has no need to fly near or over the target, minimising the risk of hostile detection and reaction.

The Para-Point is a versatile parachute delivery system that can accomplish difficult aerial delivery missions over any terrain and in adverse weather conditions.
