PARACHUTES

Troop Parachutes - High Performance Ram-Air

Intruder System - Airborne Systems· Intruder System - The Intruder is designed specifically for military use to allow jumpers to fly further, carry more, and land softly. The Intruder provides expanded offset distance capability, increased load carrying capacity and significantly improves stability in a deep flare configuration for increased safety. The INTRUDER main canopy also comes in different sizes to meet varying mission requirements. The Intruder’s reserve canopy is similar to the main canopy to ensure the same performance characteristics.

Hi Glide Parachute - Airborne Systems· Hi Glide / PARIS - With a 6:1 glide ratio, the Hi Glide canopy has the highest glide ratio of any parachute in the world. Used in mission specific operations primarily for HAHO operations. Exceptional performance characteristics combining parachute and paraglider design techniques. Utilizes the same reserve as the MC-4 and MC-5.

Raider (Harness / Container) - Airborne Systems· Raider (Harness/Container) – The RAIDER Harness/Container is the newest innovation in tactical parachute harness systems. The RAIDER is designed specifically for improved comfort and versatility and can be sized to fit any Airborne Systems Ram Air canopy, to include the MT-1X, MC-4, MC-5, MT-1Z, Hi Glide (PARIS), and the Intruder canopy. The Raider has met TSO C23d standards to an All Up Weight of 555 lb (204 kg) when used with the Intruder reserve canopy.

· GQ360 - Specifically designed for tactical military operations, including High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) and High Altitude Low Opening (HALO), the GQ 360 is a high performance parachute assembly that is fully approved for deployment and inflation at altitudes up to 7,700 m (25,000 ft) and all-up-weights of 160 kg (350 lb).

· MC-4 - Designed as a military free fall parachute system for the US Army Special Forces, the MC-4 is designed to meet the full range of military free fall parachute operations, including HALO (high altitude, low opening) and HAHO (high altitude, high opening) conducted by the most sophisticated of military parachute organizations around the globe.

· MC-5 - Essentially the same as the MC-4, however this system is static line or freefall convertible.

· CT-6 - Designed after the Para-Flite MC-4 and MC-5 parachute systems, the CT-6 parachute assembly is a back type assembly, with the canopies mounted in a reserve over main configuration. This is a convertible system from free-fall to static-line configuration. The identical main and reserve canopies are of the ram air design with a 7-cell configuration and have full steering capabilities.

· MT1 Series - includes the MT-1S, MT-1X and MT-1Z parachute systems. Providing a full range of tactical parachutes for Special Operations, HALO, and HAHO missions, the MT-1 Series of parachutes were specifically designed for tactical military operations at altitudes of up to 35,000 feet (10,668 meters) and use gliding parachutes in both the main and reserve compartments. Airborne Systems can provide a number of available main canopies and reserve canopies, as well as harness/containers to accommodate various combinations.
